Inclusion rule. One page per numbered paragraph of Article 50, with the same four points on each. A point the paragraph does not address is recorded as not addressed rather than filled from a recital or a summary. Order. Fixed point order, identical on every paragraph page.

1The narrowing is the paragraph most relevant to drama and advertising

A fictional short series is the case the narrowing was written for. The duty does not disappear there; it changes shape, from labelling the content to disclosing the existence of generated content in an appropriate manner that does not hamper the display or enjoyment of the work.

That wording is the reason a mark applied to a finished episode and a mark burned into every frame are not obviously the same answer. This record notes the distinction and stops there: which arrangement satisfies the paragraph in a given production is not a question a record of published texts can settle.

2Deep fake is a defined term, not a colloquial one

The paragraph turns on content constituting a deep fake, and the regulation defines that term elsewhere in its own words. A reader who imports the everyday meaning, which is roughly any convincing fake video of a real person, will get the scope wrong in both directions.

This record links the article text rather than paraphrasing the definition, because a paraphrase of a defined term is exactly the kind of small helpfulness that turns into a mistake somebody relies on.
