SynthID and SceneMixer on the machine-readable column
These two answer opposite halves of the article. One puts a signal in the content and says nothing a viewer can see; the other puts a notice in the picture and says nothing a parser can read. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. Two entries whose published answers to one column pull in different directions. Cells hold each vendor's own wording from the page its entry names; pairs that agree on the column are not filed at all. Order. Fixed order, and the two columns are in the order the heading gives them.
1A mirror image, not a ranking
It is tempting to read the invisible signal as the more serious measure, since it sounds technical. The paragraphs do not read that way. They impose separate duties on separate parties, and neither substitutes for the other.
So the useful sentence is not that one entry does more. It is that a production using either tool has one half of the problem answered and the other half entirely its own, and the halves are different depending on which tool.
2Different parties are being described
The marking duty is addressed to whoever builds and places a system on the market. The disclosure duty is addressed to whoever uses one on real material. A studio buying a generator is almost always in the second position.
Read that way, the entry describing a signal is describing somebody else discharging their own obligation, which is useful but not the studio's. The entry describing a visible notice is handing the studio a tool for its own.
3What neither pair member establishes
Nothing here says what a delivered file carries after a platform has rebuilt it. One measure is claimed to survive ordinary handling and the other is a rendered notice that survives whatever the frame survives.
Both statements are about what leaves the vendor. The article's duties land on what reaches an audience, and that gap is filled by a delivery route rather than by any sentence on any product page.
