Every entry read from a pricing page puts the mark under the control of whoever holds the subscription. This one puts it under the control of whoever writes the request, one line at a time. Two calls from the same account on the same afternoon can produce a marked file and an unmarked one, and nothing about the account distinguishes them.
For anyone documenting a delivery that is a different problem to solve. The question stops being which plan were we on and becomes what did that particular call send, which is a question about logs rather than about invoices. Where those logs are not kept, the answer is not recoverable from the vendor side either.
The reference is explicit that the parameter is optional and that its default is false, so an integration that never mentions marking produces unmarked output. That is a design choice stated in documentation rather than a gap in it, and it is the opposite of the pattern in the entries where a mark arrives unless it is paid away.
Read against the article, the wording is also interesting for what it names. The parameter adds a label described as an AIGC watermark, which is a disclosure aimed at a viewer. Nothing in the reference describes a signal a parser could read, so the marking row records no documentation and the disclosure row records a flag.
