That is a perfectly reasonable design for an interface and a poor foundation for an assumption. Nothing in this cell supports a sentence beginning output from this model carries, in either direction.

2The vendor's own name for it points at another regime

The parameter is named for a label rather than for a watermark or a logo, and the abbreviation it uses is the vocabulary of a different jurisdiction's labelling rules. That is a fact about where the feature came from.

It is also a reminder that a feature built for one regime does not automatically answer another. The record keeps the vendor's wording and sets it beside the paragraph without claiming the two meet.

3What a reference page does not describe

Nothing states the label's wording, its position, its size or whether it persists through the vendor's own re-encoding. For a notice meant to be perceived by a viewer, those are the properties that decide whether it works.
