1Most generated video is made on the tier with the least documentation
Free tiers are where trials happen, where the first draft of a production gets made, and where somebody discovers that the clip they liked carries something they now have to explain. They are also the tier vendors describe least, because a plan table exists to show what more money buys rather than what the free option produces.
The result is that the rows on this page are the least well-evidenced in the whole record and cover the most output. Saying that plainly is more useful than filling the cells with confident sentences nobody published.
2Reading an absence correctly
An absent phrase can mean the feature is excluded, or that the table is a summary and the line was cut. In practice, on a feature comparison grid, absence is designed to mean exclusion and readers are meant to read it that way. 3What this means for a first draft that later ships
Material generated during a trial has a way of surviving into the delivered cut. If the trial ran on a free tier and the delivery runs on a paid one, a single episode can contain footage in two marking states, produced weeks apart, with no record of which is which.
Nothing in Article 50 addresses that situation directly. It is a production hygiene problem rather than a legal one, and it is the sort of thing a register can flag without pretending to resolve.
