2Two layers, and only one of them needs the vendor to read it
The invisible watermark is checked with a detection solution the vendor provides. The credentials are checked by dropping the file into publicly available verification tools. Those are two different answers to the same question, and the difference between them is exactly the quality the marking paragraph calls interoperability.
Keeping both on one entry is also a reminder that the layers fail differently. A signal mixed into the picture survives a re-encode that rebuilds the container and drops the manifest; the manifest, while it lasts, carries structure a bare signal cannot, here named as the model and the platform. A file that arrives with both tells a fuller story than either one alone, and a delivery route that strips metadata leaves only the first.
3A service card is written for the party carrying the duty
This material sits in a document whose stated purpose is to set out intended uses and considerations for responsible use, aimed at the customer building on the model. That is a third kind of source in this record, alongside pricing pages and research papers, and it is the kind whose sentences are closest to being usable as evidence about an obligation.
Even so, the version boundary has to be kept. Credentials are stated for one version of the model and the watermark for the videos it generates generally, so a file produced before that version is not described by the first half of the row. This record notes the version in the row rather than smoothing it out, because a marking fact without its version is the same class of error as a date without its clause.
