A plan table tells a reader what they are buying. It does not tell them what the vendor thinks about disclosure, because it was never trying to, and a register organised around a clause has to keep that difference visible.

Which is why the cell records that the feature is not listed on the free tier, rather than recording that free-tier output is marked. The two coincide most of the time and they are different claims.
