1Why this silence is recorded and others are counted

A blank cell can mean nobody looked, the point does not apply, or somebody looked and found nothing. Only the third is evidence. Here the page was read for a notice a viewer could see, and the sentence describing one is absent.

Ordinary silences are counted once on the column page rather than given entries of their own, because eight pages all reporting that a pricing table never mentioned metadata would be eight pages saying the same nothing.

2An unmarked frame is a coherent position, not an oversight

A tool aimed at professional work has a good reason to leave the picture alone: clients buy the picture. Putting provenance in the container instead keeps the deliverable clean and still records that generative work was involved.

Read against the article that is a provider-side answer with nothing offered on the deployer side, which is the mirror image of the tier-gated entries here. The duty to disclose to viewers stays entirely with whoever publishes.

3What a publisher inherits from this arrangement

If nothing in the frame says the content is generated, any disclosure a publication owes has to be produced by the publication. A manifest in the file does not reach a viewer scrolling past, and nothing obliges a platform to surface it.

That is not a criticism of the product. It is the practical content of the provider and deployer split, and this entry is the clearest example of it anywhere in the record.
