Kling AI, read against Article 50
Kling AI (kling.ai) lists brand watermark removal as a benefit of paid membership. The word the vendor uses is brand, which describes a marketing mark rather than a disclosure that content was generated. As of 2026-09-12.

Stated reason for the mark
Described as a brand watermark, not as a disclosure
Inclusion rule. Points are the same four for every generator recorded here: the two Article 50 duties, who controls the mark, and whatever the vendor states about it. A point the vendor does not publish is recorded as not documented. Order. Fixed order, identical on every generator page.

Inclusion rule. Generators whose own public pages say something about marking. A generator silent on this particular point keeps its row, marked hollow. Order. Alphabetical by generator name.

2The vendor's own word for the mark is the interesting part
Most visible marks in this record are described without saying what they are for. This one carries a purpose in its name: a brand watermark is a vendor's signature on work made with its tool. Read against a disclosure duty that is a different thing from a notice that content is generated, even though the pixels may be identical and even though a viewer may draw the same conclusion from either.
The distinction has a practical edge. A brand mark has an obvious commercial reason to disappear on paid tiers, and it does here. A disclosure notice with the same behaviour would raise a question the vendor has not been asked, because nothing published frames the mark that way in the first place.

3What a record like this can and cannot take from a plan table
A membership page is written to sell memberships. It can be read for what the product does at each price and it cannot be read for a position on marking obligations, because it was never trying to state one. The entry here therefore holds one row of substance and three rows recording that the other points are not addressed.
That shape is common across this record and it is worth stating plainly rather than dressing up: for most generators, the only public evidence about marking is a line item on a pricing page, and a line item is thin ground on which to build any conclusion about a regulation.
Four words is all a row holds. Where a cell read off Kling AI's membership plans needs the sentence behind it, the kind of document that sentence sits in and the limit on what it proves, it is filed on its own page below.
Kling on a brand watermark — Removal is listed as a paid-membership benefit, and the vendor's own word for the mark is brand.
