Nova Reel and Runway on nothing to switch off, and something priced
One of these describes a marking layer on every file it produces and no way to take it off. The other describes removal as a plan feature and never describes what is being removed. As of 2026-09-12.

1A page can describe a mark, or only its price

That is the widest gap in documentation quality between any two entries in this record, and both vendors sell video generation. The gap is about what was published, not about what the products do.
2All videos is a stronger claim than any tier
A mark applied to everything a model generates cannot be reasoned away by asking what was paid or which route was used. Every file is in the same state, which makes a library describable in one sentence.
A tier-gated arrangement needs a date, an invoice and sometimes a guess. Neither is better for the duty; they are very different for whoever has to answer a question about a delivered asset.
3Where each entry leaves the publisher
The first documents a provider-side answer and nothing for a viewer, so the disclosure remains entirely the publisher's. The second documents nothing on either layer beyond a price.
A publisher reading both learns that the obligation is theirs in both cases, and that only one of the two gives them anything they could show somebody who asked what the file contains.
