ElevenLabs and Sora on what the word all really covers
Scope is where marking claims shrink, and these two shrink in opposite directions. One narrows inside its own product boundary; the other claims everything and scopes its visible layer instead. As of 2026-09-22.

Inclusion rule. Two entries whose published answers to one column pull in different directions. Cells hold each vendor's own wording from the page its entry names; pairs that agree on the column are not filed at all. Order. Fixed order, and the two columns are in the order the heading gives them.
1Every broad claim in this record has a narrowing somewhere
A vendor that hosts other people's models narrows by model. A vendor that offers several ways out of the product narrows by route. Neither narrowing is visible from the headline sentence.
Which is why scope is a row rather than a parenthesis. A reader who takes the headline and skips the hedge will be wrong about some of their own files, and will not know which ones.
2The thing a reader has to establish differs
For one entry the question is which model made this, and a user picking a voice from a list was choosing on how it sounded. For the other the question is which surface the file came from.
Both are answerable at the time and nearly unanswerable later. Both are one field in a delivery record, which is the cheapest insurance available against either question arriving late.
3All assets is the strongest scope sentence in the record
No tier, no flag, no version boundary and no route attached. Among sixteen entries nothing else makes a marking claim that broad on the machine-readable layer, and the cell quotes it rather than softening it.
It remains a statement about what leaves the vendor. What arrives at an audience depends on the route in between, and no sentence on any vendor page in this record speaks for that.
