Two paid tiers carry the phrase and the free tier does not. That gives a cleaner reading than most plan tables here, because the phrase appears more than once: a single occurrence could be an editing accident, and a repeated one is a deliberate feature boundary drawn between what is bought and what is not.
The free-tier row is still an omission rather than a statement. Nothing on the page says what free output carries, and a feature list that stops mentioning a benefit is evidence that the benefit is not included, not evidence about pixels. Keeping that distinction is the difference between a record and a summary.
3Why an avatar tool belongs in a record about deep fakes
The disclosure duty in paragraph 4 is written around content that depicts real people or events in a way that would appear authentic. A tool whose output is a person speaking to camera sits closer to that wording than a tool producing landscapes, whatever either one publishes about marking.
Nothing on the pricing page engages with that. The page is selling video minutes, and the mark on the output is presented in exactly the register of a plan comparison. The row above therefore records a price and a phrase, and the question of whether output from a talking avatar reaches the paragraph is left where the article leaves it.
