Pika on the tier at which the visible mark stops
Nothing in the product moves this mark. It goes when the plan changes, which makes the state of any given file a function of what was paid at the moment it was produced rather than of what anybody clicked. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. One cell of this generator's entry, quoted from the page the entry names. Coverage, commentary and third-hand summaries are not admitted, in either direction. Order. Fixed order: the cell, the page it came off, then the limit on reading it.
1A lever one level above the operator
An assistant working on the entry plan cannot remove the mark by accident and cannot remove it deliberately either. Where an organisation wants marking to be policy rather than habit, that property is worth noticing.
It arrives as a side effect of packaging rather than as a stated intent. Nobody designed the tier boundary as a control, and the page does not present it as one, but the effect on a production is the same.
2What a purchase makes recoverable
Invoices survive staff turnover, interface redesigns and changed defaults. A mark gated by tier can therefore be reasoned about years later from documents nobody had to remember to keep.
That is the one respect in which this arrangement is easier to account for than a switch or a request flag. It also says nothing about which files were produced in which month, which is the other half of the question.
3Removal is described for one layer only
The page describes buying away something a viewer can see. Nothing is described as being in the file besides that, in either direction, so nothing is described as surviving the purchase.
The record keeps those columns apart for that reason. A tier that clears the visible layer has not necessarily touched a machine-readable one, and on this entry the second layer was never documented at all.
